Start dry. Wash/sanitise your hands, then fully dry them (chalk won’t stick to sweaty/wet skin).
Apply a tiny amount. Put 1–2 drops in your palm, rub palms together, then rub over fingers and between them. Add one more drop only if you still feel slick.
Let it set. Wait 15-30 seconds until it turns matte/white/transparent )or whichever colour you purchased) and feels tacky. If you overdid it, brush off the excess so you’re not dusting the bar.
Our Liquid Chalk lasts usually 20-60 minutes, or until sweat/oils build up again. If you’re sweating a lot, it can drop to 10-20 minutes.
How long will a bottle last if you train X times per week?
50 mL ( 25–50 sessions)
2x/week → 12–25 weeks (3–6 months)
3x/week → 8–17 weeks (2–4 months)
4x/week → 6–12 weeks (1.5–3 months)
5x/week → 5–10 weeks (1–2.5 months)
