Shipping Information
We pack every Don’t Rip It, Grip It order with care and aim to dispatch as quickly as possible (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier’s network. While we do our best to get it to you fast, occasional delays can happen during peak periods. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout, if an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned to us, you may need to cover the cost of reshipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make the process clear and fair. Returns or exchanges must be requested within a reasonable timeframe of delivery, and items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging (including tags and any included accessories).
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be ineligible for return if opened or used.
If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using tracked return postage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund as applicable.
If a product is faulty or not as described, we’ll resolve it in line with Australian Consumer Law — which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
