Customer Care

At Don’t Rip It, Grip It, we’re serious about two things: quality gear that performs, and customer care that’s actually helpful. If you’ve got a question before you order,  sizing, product details, restocks, shipping timeframes, or which option is best for you,  reach out and we’ll give you a straight answer, fast.

 

We pack every order with care and aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. Once your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it from our hands to yours. If something doesn’t look right with your delivery (missing item, damaged packaging, wrong product), contact us as soon as you can so we can sort it out properly.

 

If you change your mind or need to organise a return, we’ll guide you through the process clearly, no runaround, no vague rules. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and we recommend using tracked return shipping for peace of mind.

 

If a product is faulty, we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, contact us before purchasing and we’ll point you in the right direction. Keep products away from children where relevant, and discontinue use if a product shows signs of damage or unusual wear.
